These terms apply to all purchases made on the Starnest website by consumers. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and images

We sell galaxy projector night lights. Product images are illustrations. The brightness and sharpness of the projection depend on the room and work best in a completely dark room. The product is a mood light, not a sleep aid or a medical device.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total price, including any taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free.

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Your payment is charged when you place your order.

Orders to the EU usually ship from our supplier's warehouse in Poland, so no import charges apply. Orders to countries outside the EU may ship from China; depending on your country, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may then be charged on delivery. These are paid by the customer.

4. Your order

The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If a product cannot be delivered, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund the full amount.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse in Poland (EU) or China. The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days in Europe and 10-20 business days elsewhere. See our shipping policy for details.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer 30-day returns. See returns & refunds for how to return an item. You can use our withdrawal form, but you don't have to.

7. Defects and complaints

You have a 2-year right to complain about defects under consumer law. Please contact us within a reasonable time (in Denmark, within 2 months) after you discover the defect, and include a photo or video if possible. If the product is defective, we will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return shipping.

8. Product safety

Product: Galaxy projector, model BL-DQY02. Power input DC 5V/2A via USB-C, maximum 10 W.

Do not look directly into the light while it is projecting. Keep the projector away from heat sources such as radiators, stoves or other appliances that produce heat. Use it indoors, use a 5V/2A USB power adapter, and do not open or take the device apart. Keep away from water. This product is not a toy; keep film discs and cables out of reach of young children.

9. Complaints and disputes

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at [email protected]. If we cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk). If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
